Who is responsible for your data

Spanda, trading as Therapy Nutrition, 624, Ijmima Complex, Mindspace, Malad West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400064 ("we"), the seller of the products on Priya Wellness.

What we collect, and why

• When you order: your name, e-mail, phone and delivery address, to deliver your order, send its invoice and keep you updated, and the order itself (what you bought, when, what you paid).
• With an account (optional): your e-mail and a password (stored only in a scrambled form we can't read back), and your saved addresses, so you can check out faster and see your orders.
• Payments: handled by Razorpay. We receive only a payment reference and its status, never your card or bank details.
• Cookies: only the ones the store needs to work: your cart, your sign-in, and short-lived messages between pages. No advertising or tracking cookies.

How we keep it safe

Your phone number and addresses are stored encrypted. Our team and systems get only the access they need. Connections to the store are encrypted (https).

Who sees it

• The store's owner sees your orders and your contact details, as you are their client.
• The delivery partner or courier gets your name, phone and address to deliver your parcel.
• Razorpay processes your payment.
• Our e-mail service sends your order and account e-mails.
• We don't sell your data, and we share it with nobody else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Your orders and invoices for as long as tax law requires us to keep them (8 years). Your account until you delete it. An account whose e-mail was never confirmed is deleted after 30 days.

Your choices

• Delete your account on the store (Account, then Delete my account): your name, e-mail, phone and addresses are erased; your past orders are kept without them, as tax law requires.
• Ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or anything else about your data: support@therapynutrition.in.
