Returns, cancellations and refunds

No returns

For your safety, health supplements can't be returned once delivered: products are not refundable, changeable or exchangeable.

Damaged or wrong products

If a product arrives damaged, or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery: message us on WhatsApp at +91 83560 84067 or write to support@therapynutrition.in, with your order number and a photo of the product and the parcel. We send a replacement at no cost to you.

Cancelling an order

Once paid, an order can't be cancelled by you on the store. If you placed an order by mistake, message us on WhatsApp at +91 83560 84067 or write to support@therapynutrition.in straight away: we can only help before it is packed, and whether it can still be cancelled is decided by our team. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund the full amount to the way you paid, usually within 5-7 working days.

Payments we can't accept

You have 30 minutes to pay for an order. If a payment arrives after that, or a product has sold out meanwhile, we don't take the money: Razorpay returns it to the way you paid, usually within 5-7 working days.

Coupons

A coupon's discount is applied at checkout and has no cash value.
