Who ships your order

Orders placed on Priya Wellness are sold and shipped by Spanda, trading as Therapy Nutrition, 624, Ijmima Complex, Mindspace, Malad West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400064 (GSTIN 27AHPPD4182N1ZT).

Where we deliver

Across India, to the address you give at checkout.

What delivery costs

Delivery is charged on every order: it is never free. You see the charge at checkout, before you pay.

• Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Mira-Bhayandar and Vasai-Virar (by a local delivery partner, Borzo or Porter): ₹100 per order.
• Everywhere else in India (by courier), by the number of items in your order: up to 4 items ₹250, up to 8 items ₹350, up to 12 items ₹500, up to 15 items ₹750.

When we dispatch

We pack and dispatch paid orders the same or the next working day. Your order page shows its status.

How long it takes

In our local delivery areas, usually within 1-2 working days of dispatch. Everywhere else in India, usually within 3-7 working days of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

If you are not in

A parcel that can't be delivered comes back to us; we contact you to arrange a new delivery, and the extra delivery is charged again.

A wrong or incomplete address

Please check your address and phone number before you pay. We can't be responsible for a parcel sent to an address that was given wrongly.
