Who we are

Priya Wellness is an online store. The products on it are sold by Spanda, trading as Therapy Nutrition, 624, Ijmima Complex, Mindspace, Malad West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400064, GSTIN 27AHPPD4182N1ZT ("we", "us"), who also takes payment, issues your invoice and ships your order.

Prices

Every price is in Indian rupees and includes GST. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout. You see the full total before you pay.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when its payment is confirmed. You pay through Razorpay (UPI, card or net banking); we never see or store your card details. Each order gets a GST invoice from us, e-mailed to you. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a price was shown in error; if we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

Stock

If a product sells out before your payment is confirmed, we don't take the payment (see "Returns, cancellations and refunds").

Health supplements

The products are health supplements, not medicines. They are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Read the label before use, and ask your doctor first if you are pregnant or nursing, take medicines, or have a medical condition.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. You can delete your account at any time (see the Privacy policy).

Using the store

Don't misuse the store: no attempts to break in, overload it or place orders in someone else's name.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for the products we sell and for delivering them as described here. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control (for example strikes, floods or courier outages).

Complaints

Write to us at support@therapynutrition.in or call +91 83560 84067 (11 am to 7 pm). We acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes go to the courts of Mumbai.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page when you order is the one that applies to your order.
